About Us
BSCA is an association of businesses and individuals aimed to provide professional expertise on different aspects of studying marine environment and promoting sustainable coastal zone development related to ports, industrial and touristic sites, located on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Main goals pursued by BSCA:
- To investigate recourses and generate initiatives in the light of integrated coastal zone management and sustainable development;
- To act as a mediator between national, regional and international programs and organizations on requests of its members;
- To defend the interests of its members when those interests are not conflicting with the principles of ICZM and sustainable development;
- To act as a pool of experts on the port and coastal zone problems;
- To act as a catalyst for the exchange of information and expertise on different projects related to marine industry and sustainable coastal development
- To act as a bridge between administration and experts
